The Generation Global conference was held on 16 January 2026 on the topic Health and Well-Being. It proved to be an engaging and insightful experience for the students. Students from various schools were a part of this video conference. Schools such as Podar School, School No. 83 (Armenia), SMAIT BBS (Indonesia), and W.H. Smith Memorial School participated in the discussion, sharing diverse ideas and perspectives. The session began with a discussion on the meaning of health and well-being. It was observed that participants had different interpretations of the concept. Some believed it referred mainly to physical and mental fitness, while others felt that happiness and emotional balance were central to well-being. The discussion later expanded to include mental and social well-being and their influence on daily life. An important aspect of the conference was the discussion on the role of advertisements and social media in shaping children’s food choices, highlighting the impact of external influences on healthy habits. Listening to views from students of different countries helped broaden understanding and encouraged reflection. It was realised that true well-being is a balance of physical health, mental peace, happiness, and healthy relationships. Overall, the conference inspired thoughtful reflection and motivated participants to make positive lifestyle choices for holistic well-being.
