The competition provided a platform for budding entrepreneurs to showcase their creativity and business acumen.This year's theme was particularly relevant: promoting eco-friendly products. Competition Highlights: The event saw enthusiastic participation from a total of 19 schools, each represented by a team of five students. The competition's objective was to design, produce, and market an eco-friendly product. The participants displayed incredible innovation, presenting a diverse range of products aimed at sustainable living. Among the items showcased were: Eco-friendly cattle feed: Designed to improve livestock health while minimizing environmental impact. Organic detergent powders: A sustainable alternative to conventional chemical detergents. Natural perfumes: Fragrances derived from natural sources, reducing the use of synthetic chemicals. Handcrafted soaps: Created with natural ingredients, promoting personal wellness and eco-conscious consumerism. The competition was a testament to the students' hard work and ingenuity, as they passionately explained their product's features, benefits, and marketability to the judges and audience. Esteemed Panel of Judges The judging panel comprised distinguished guests from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), who brought their expertise to evaluate the students' projects. They were: Dr. Rakhi Gupta: An assistant professor in the Commerce Department at BHU. Dr. Shikha Mishra: An assistant professor in the Tourism Management Department within the History faculty at BHU. The judges' thorough evaluations and constructive feedback were highly encouraging for all the young participants. The level of competition was fierce, with all teams demonstrating immense talent. After a challenging deliberation process, the host school, WH Smith Memorial School, emerged victorious. The team was lauded for its outstanding product and compelling presentation

Judging Criteria: The judges evaluated the participants based on: · Clarity of speech · Confidence and stage presence · Content and creativity · Expression and diction · Overall presentation The Judges Dr. Sangeeta Jain and Mrs. Shalini Deva for English poem recitation and Dr. Sapna Bhushan and Dr Pawan Kr Pandey for Hindi poem and Sanskrit recitation were welcomed by Mrs. Pratyasha Mary Mukherjee(Vice Principal) and Mrs. Sangeeta Nayak (Coordinator). The welcome speech was delivered by Mrs. Sangeeta Nayak (Coordinator). Judges appreciated the revive of the art of elocution. The judges, amazed by the clarity, confidence, and expression of the young orators, found it challenging to pick winners. From powerful pauses tovoice modulations, the participants proved that they are one step closer to become confident public speaker. The competition was started by giving a floral tribute to the founder of the school,Mr. William Henry Smith, by Mrs. Pratyasha Mary Mukherjee (Vice-Principal), Mrs. Sangeeta Nayak(Coordinator), and Mr. Ajay Pandey (Convenor of the program). After that, Mr. R.N Trivedi Sir briefed the participants on all the rules and regulations. The Judges of the Event were Mr. Rajan Pandey (HOD of Computer Department) and Mrs. Sandhya Kapoor (Academic Head). They bothencouragedand motivatedall the participants during the quiz.
