A drawing competition of class 4 and 5 and Photography competition of classes 6 to 8 on the occasion of World Health Day was organized at W.H. Smith Memorial School on 7th April 2026. The students participated enthusiastically. The topic of the drawing competition was “Fight Germs, Stay Strong” and the topic for photography competition was "Together for health: stand with science".Approx 400 Students participated. A Teachers’ Training Workshop on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics was conducted under the Teiki Uolo initiative to equip educators with knowledge and skills related to emerging technologies. The session was led by Resource Person Mr. Anurag Srivastava and Speaker Mr. Shubham Goel.The primary objective of the workshop was to familiarize teachers with the fundamentals of AI and robotics and to explore their integration into the teaching-learning process. Mr. Anurag Srivastava provided insights into Artificial Intelligence, covering key concepts such as machine learning, automation, and the role of AI in education. He emphasized how AI tools can support personalized learning, assessment, and classroom management.Mr. Shubham Goel focused on the practical aspects of robotics, explaining its components, functioning, and applications across various fields such as education, healthcare, and industry. He also demonstrated how robotics activities can be incorporated into classrooms to enhance students’ critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.The workshop was interactive and engaging, encouraging teachers to participate actively through discussions and queries. It provided valuable exposure to innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools, enabling educators to adapt to the evolving educational landscape.Overall, the training session was highly beneficial and enriching. It empowered teachers with the knowledge and confidence to integrate AI and robotics into their teaching practices, thereby preparing students for future technological advancements.
